I’m a technology leader with 20+ years of experience building teams, infrastructure, governance, and systems that help organizations scale. My background spans IT operations, enterprise infrastructure, cloud, advanced networking, cybersecurity, service management, AI-enabled automation, vendor strategy, financial stewardship, and organizational transformation.
I’m equally comfortable in an executive conversation and troubleshooting a technical problem. I believe strong technology leaders should understand the business, develop people, simplify complexity, and stay close enough to the technology to ask better questions.

I established and owned an IT Governance program with 30/60/90-day implementation planning, a two-year roadmap, policy intake and review, enterprise gap analysis, and KPI/SLA governance.
My experience includes COBIT, COSO, NIST CSF 2.0, GLBA, HIPAA, Responsible AI, ITAM, service management, software governance, and cross-functional partnership.
